At Sandhills Pediatrics, we are always seeking energetic, professional receptionist, medical assistants, RNs and LPNs with a positive attitude and great communication skills who love children! We have office locations in Dutch Fork, Lexington, Northeast, West Columbia and Downtown Columbia.

This role is responsible for building a high-performing, compliant, and engaged workforce by leading recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation, professional development, and culture initiatives. The Director serves as a highly responsive partner to employees, managers, clinic administrators, and the CBO leadership team.
This position requires deep expertise in South Carolina employment law, healthcare HR practices, and hands-on execution, while driving continuous improvement and consistency across all locations.
